MEDIA & TV PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Wings staff has managed both media services and TV production management in Cycling, Football, Tennis, Horse Jumping and many other sports events, with experience also in Olympic Games.
Wings realises Media centres projects, tailored to the events’ needs: location, spaces, number of journalists estimated when possible, by using media centre access statistics collected by Wings while managing in similar events.
Operational plans, with 3D detailed floor plans and animations, are provided to organisers, complete with strict guidelines of the services that media must be provided with, technical requirements for specific services such as broadband connection, lighting, led screens etc.

Regarding the TV Production Management, Wings has been involved in major sport events, being responsible for all broadcast production related issues aspects such as EBU offer, HB site visit, production plan, planning and production co-ordination of all arrangements for attending Accredited Broadcasters.

Wings activity includes full production, technical and organisational briefing, co-ordination of the technical infrastructure, administrative support, facilities and personnel necessary to ensure that the attending Accredited Broadcasters have a full international host broadcast service at the Venue Competition Areas.

Access to camera feeds, co-ordination of facilities and space requirements in any broadcast compound, commentary positions, accreditation of necessary personnel, production of studio, allocation of camera platforms and Flash Interview Zones and Mixed Zones positions, construction of temporary presentation studios are also services provided by Wings.
