An efficient Media Centre, the midpoint of your communication
Over the years we have managed media services and Tv productions in several events for many sports including Football, Cycling, Tennis and Horse jumping. We design press centers ad hoc for your event’s needs: location, facilities, and number of expected journalists that we are able to estimate, when possible, thanks to the statistical data on the access that we have collected over the years in similar events.
We provide the event organizing committee with operation plans, with layouts and 3D simulations, as well as detailed guidelines regarding the services provided to the media that include technical specifications as internet connection bandwidth, lighting, and characteristics of led screens.
We manage the media centre logistics, assuring the best performances during the event, to provide the international press with the best and more comfortable working conditions. We supervise the mixed zones and the work of photographers, acting as a trait d’union between their needs and those of the organization.
We coordinate the tv productions of international events; we are able to cover a role of responsibility for all the organizational matters: the EBU offers, the inspection of the host broadcaster, the production plan, the planning of services dedicated to accredited audiovisual media.
