Access control

Our management of the access to the reserved areas of major events does not stop at the accreditation procedures: Wings also provides a highly complete system of access control that can be used through fixed or portable devices with the installation of the app GYE- AC (GetYourEvent Access Control).

This service can be used through an internet connection or without connectivity.

The app GYE-AC runs on any Android or iOS device with a barcode reading or camera; this means that the app can be used with mobile scanners but also with any common smartphone.

At the end of every event we give the organization the statistical data of the access control, considering the privacy of the pass owners. This data help for a better planning and design of the areas for future events, with the optimization of the available locations and of the working conditions.

GYE-AC allows to:
• control the access to the reserved areas
• collect statistical data (both real time and/or summarized) of the accesses and of attendance
• keep track of the equipment movements in the paddocks
• managing the access to the parking areas
