GetYourEvent is a web platform for the management of all the organizational services provided for great events. It is entirely designed and realized by Wings, therefore it can be customized and integrated depending on the needs of our customers.
After entering their data upon their first use, GetYourEvent users will access, from a single input port, all the provided services for that specific event:

• hospitality lounge

• racing bibs management
• visa procedures
The organizer can thus centralize all the information, taking control of all the services coordination.
GetYourEvent is a platform that supports the event both horizontally- through all the organization issues (logistics, management, participation to the event)- and vertically, from the management to the final user (organization, coordinators, assistants, local committees, suppliers, final users).
GetYourEvent is also scalable: the organizers can choose to use all sections or part of them, being aware that the services are interconnected. The platform is available in English, Italian and French but can be provided in any language; it can also be customized with colors and design chosen by the customer. The event organizers that choose GetYourEvent can also ask for additional specific services; since Wings is the owner of the platform, any additional feature can be integrated thanks to the competences of our technical staff.
